James Rudis
James Rudis led the team that acquired Overhill Farms in 1995, and has served as the Company’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer since 1997.
Under Jim’s leadership, Overhill has expanded its customer base and product offerings, improved and consolidated our manufacturing operations, and has followed a continuous improvement program for quality products, and processes.
Earlier, Jim was President of TreeCon Resources, Inc. (our former parent company), was president of Quorum Corporation, and held various executive positions in CIT Financial Corporation.
Jim also serves as a member of the NYSE/AMEX Listed Company Council, which consists of senior executives of NYSE Amex-listed companies and represents and provide perspective of the Amex listed company community.
Tracy E. Quinn
Tracy Quinn, Overhill’s Chief Financial Officer, joined the company in September of 2007, as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Drawing on her extensive financial and operational experience in the food industry, Tracy has helped strengthen the company’s financial controls, streamlined reporting procedures, and worked closely with other members of the management team to help ensure the company’s profitable growth.
Robert A. Olivarez
Robert Olivarez is Vice President, Finance, and works closely with Tracy on the company’s financial controls and reporting procedures. Robert joined the company in 2007, from PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he was a member of the assurance practice. He is a graduate of the University of California - Santa Barbara, with a degree in economics and accounting.
Aleen DeVore
Aleen DeVore is Senior Vice President – Manufacturing and Quality. Aleen oversees all of the company's production operations, production planning, systems and personnel. She also works closely with our Sales, Customer Service and Research & Development teams on the development and implementation of new products for our customers. Aleen, who has been with Overhill Farms since 1984, worked in our quality control department for 12 years before moving into manufacturing.
Yolanda Diaz
Yolanda Diaz is Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining the company in 2007, Yolanda was Vice President, Human Resources for LowerMyBills.com, an Experian Company, and Vice President, Corporate Human Resources for Sony Corporation of America. She earned her undergraduate degree from Fordham University and her Juris Doctor from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law.
